After nesting three kids and their tribulations, this contemporary Northridge house was ready to ease its way out into a classic American family home with comfort and family dinners in mind.

A custom-made table by Ebanista to seat 20 or more was designed and built for the dinning-room. To this beautiful piece, we added a custom hutch cabinet and console, intricate iron sconces, and a one-of-a-kind iron mirror for the chandelier to enlighten the vibe. The final touch? Olive green velvet from Robert Allen Fabrics on the custom dining chairs. Please, have a seat!

Dining Room needs guests

As you walk up to the entrance door, two stunning custom iron leaves and vine motif panels greet you. Pass through the door, and the inlay lattice pattern made with limestone and wood paired with two custom-designed side tables on both sides of the custom dark walnut entry door welcome you in classic sophistication.

When inside, keep your eyes down

In the living room, the wet bar reveals a particular combination: a clear and frosted laser jet etched glass designed with Hagan Flynn plumbing and tile pattern backsplash over a translucent onyx marble countertop and a polished nickel hammered sink. Time to bring up the home bartender skill to a whole another level.

Around the corner

Old friends and family might remember some whimsical hints from the past: an Asian-influenced coffee table here with a captivating koi fish painting by Terry Gilecki over a custom-made A. Rudin banquette. Just enough pops of colors to flatter the appeasing the walls’ earth tones. The favorites? The rust tones on the silk velvet swivel chairs. You know why.
